Marc Bombenon is the CEO and Founder of SureCall Contact Centers Ltd., one of North America’s leading BPO and CX providers. With more than 40 years of experience in telecommunications, paging, and contact center operations, Marc has built and scaled multiple successful companies driven by a core belief: combining human talent with intelligent technology delivers better customer outcomes.


Under his leadership, SureCall has evolved into a high-performance, omnichannel support provider serving Fortune-level enterprises and government organizations. Marc pioneered SureCall’s unique “People-Powered” culture, championing integrity, continuous improvement, and measurable results. He also guided the organization to become Canada’s first and only B-Corp-certified contact center, reflecting his longstanding commitment to social responsibility and sustainable business.


Outside of business, Marc’s passions include aviation, skydiving, scuba diving, and world travel, reflecting his fearless mindset and curiosity. He supports philanthropic initiatives focused on education, animal welfare, arts and culture, and environmental sustainability. Fluent in English, French, and German, Marc brings a global perspective to every endeavor he undertakes.
