This Privacy Notice explains how SureCall Contact Centers Ltd. (“SureCall,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our websites, including surecallcc.com (the “Site”), interact with our marketing pages, or contact us.
1) Important note about our role (Contact Center / BPO services)
SureCall provides outsourced contact center and business process outsourcing (“BPO”) services for business clients.
In many engagements, SureCall may handle personal information on behalf of a business client (for example, when individuals call, chat, email, or text our client’s support line). In those cases:

SureCall acts as a service provider/processor to that client, and

the client’s privacy notice governs how that client uses and discloses the information and how privacy requests are handled.
If you are trying to exercise privacy rights relating to an interaction you had with a SureCall-operated line for a specific brand/company, please submit your request directly to that brand/company first. If needed, the client may instruct SureCall to assist.

C. “Do Not Sell or Share”
SureCall does not sell personal information for money.
If we engage in activities that constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain state laws, we will provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism and honor applicable opt-out signals/requests.
5) How we share personal information
We may share personal information with:

Service providers/contractors that help operate our Site and business (e.g., hosting, analytics, security, CRM, communications tools), under contractual obligations to protect the information and use it only for permitted purposes

We do not share your Contact form details with unrelated third parties for their own direct marketing without an appropriate legal basis.

SureCall operates in multiple regions and may process and store information in Canada and the United States, and potentially other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Our Site lists business locations in Canada, the U.S., and the U.K.
If you are located in the U.K./EEA, we will use recognized transfer mechanisms where required (e.g., contractual protections) when transferring personal information internationally.

Our Site and services are intended for business audiences and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Note: If your request relates to a call/chat/email/text handled by SureCall for another company, the request should generally be submitted to that company first (see Section 1).
11) Canada (PIPEDA and applicable provincial laws)
If you are in Canada, you may have rights to:

request correction of inaccurate personal information

withdraw consent in certain circumstances (subject to legal/contractual restrictions)
