Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: January 28, 2026
Last Updated: January 28, 2026
Welcome to the website of SureCall Contact Centers (“SureCall,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, including all content, features, forms, and communications available through it (the “Website”).
By using the Website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, stop here. This is the part where the movie says, “turn back now.”
1. Who We Are
The Origin Story, Minus the CGI Budget
SureCall Contact Centers provides contact center and customer engagement services, including inbound and outbound support, customer care, sales support, quality assurance, analytics, and related operational services.
When we say “SureCall,” we mean SureCall Contact Centers and its affiliates, where applicable.
No secret alter egos. No multiverse variants.
2. Eligibility and Authority
Are You Old Enough and In Charge?
-
You must be 18 years old or older to use the Website.
-
If you are using the Website on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business.
If you do not have authority, please stop pretending you do. Courts have very little patience for that subplot.
3. Changes to These Terms
Because Nothing Is Truly Final
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on the Website.
If you keep using the Website after changes are posted, that’s you saying “yeah, fine.”
4. Purpose of the Website
Spoiler Alert: This Is Not a Contract
The Website exists for information and business inquiries.
Nothing on the Website is:
-
a binding offer,
-
a service guarantee,
-
a promise of pricing, results, or magical outcomes.
Actual services require a separate written agreement signed by SureCall.
This page is the trailer. The contract is the movie.
5. Acceptable Use
Don’t Be the Villain
You agree not to:
-
break laws while using the Website;
-
mess with the Website’s security or performance;
-
probe, scan, hack, scrape, crawl, or otherwise get clever without permission;
-
impersonate SureCall, our people, or anyone else;
-
reverse engineer or benchmark us using our own materials;
-
upload malware, viruses, or chaos.
If you do, we reserve the right to cut off access. No dramatic monologue required.
6. Intellectual Property
This Stuff Is Ours
All Website content, including text, graphics, logos, service descriptions, workflows, designs, and overall look and feel, belongs to or is licensed by SureCall.
You may view it for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, reuse, or remix it.
Looking is free. Stealing is not.
7. No Confidential or Sensitive Information
Please Keep Your Secrets Secret
Do not submit confidential, proprietary, regulated, or sensitive information through general Website forms or emails unless we explicitly ask for it through a secure channel.
Examples include customer lists, credentials, payment data, health data, or anything that would cause a compliance officer to age rapidly.
Email is many things. Secure is not one of them.
8. Feedback and Submissions
Yes, We Can Use Your Ideas
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant SureCall a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them for any lawful purpose.
We appreciate creativity. We do not provide royalties.
9. Third-Party Links
Click at Your Own Risk
The Website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or behavior.
If they disappoint you, please take it up with them.
10. Electronic Communications
Email Counts as Writing
By using the Website or contacting us electronically, you consent to electronic communications. These satisfy any legal requirement for written notice.
Yes, even emails sent at 2 a.m.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The “As Is” Speech
THE WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SURECALL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
We try hard. The internet does not always cooperate.
12. Limitation of Liability
Where We Draw the Line
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SURECALL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO WEBSITE USE.
TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED 100 CAD.
Some laws don’t allow certain limits. Those laws still apply. This clause is not a superhero cape.
13. Indemnification
If You Break It, You Own It
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SureCall and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims arising from:
-
your Website use,
-
your violation of these Terms,
-
your infringement of third-party rights.
Actions have consequences. This is one of them.
14. Contact Center Compliance Allocation
Reality Check Time
SureCall provides contact center services under written client agreements.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing:
-
Clients are responsible for legal compliance related to campaigns, scripts, lists, and consent.
-
SureCall operates within contractual scope and client instructions.
We’re good. We’re not psychic.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Home Base
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16. Jurisdiction-Specific Carve-Outs
This Is the Clause That Saves the Whole Document
United States Users
-
Non-waivable rights under US federal or state law remain intact.
-
Arbitration and liability limits apply only where legally permitted.
United Kingdom Users
-
Rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not limited.
-
Unfair terms under UK law do not apply, but the rest survives.
Everyone Else
-
Mandatory local rights remain untouched.
This clause exists so courts don’t throw the entire document into the sun.
17. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Let’s Avoid the Courtroom Montage
Except where prohibited by law, disputes relating to these Terms or the Website will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis.
-
No class actions.
-
Arbitration seated in Alberta, Canada, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
Less drama. Lower budget. Faster resolution
18. Severability and Waiver
If One Piece Breaks, the Rest Still Works
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective.
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
19. Entire Agreement
The Final Boss
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding Website use and replace all prior discussions about the Website.
