2021 Award of Excellence CAM-X: 29 Years of Award Winning Service

SureCall Earns both CAM-X 2021 Call Centre Award of Excellence & Distinction -


October 1, 2021 (Calgary, Alberta)– SureCall Contact Center of Calgary, AB has been honoured with the exclusive 2021 Award of Excellence for 29 years. The Award is presented annually by the Canadian Call Management Association (CAM-X), the industry’s Trade Association for providers of call center services including telephone answering and message delivery. SureCall Contact Center was presented with the Award recently at the CAM-X 57th Annual Virtual Convention and Trade Show.

Independent judges are contracted by CAM-X to evaluate message services over a six-month period. The scoring criteria includes:


- Response Time


- Courteousness of Rep


- Accuracy of Call


- Knowledge of Account


- Overall Impression of Call

Now a twenty-nine-time winner, SureCall Contact Center earned the Titanium Plus Award for twenty-nine years.CAM-X extends its congratulations to the staff of SureCall Contact Center on their proven quality service to their customers.


SureCall has also been honoured with the prestigious 2021 Call Centre Award of Distinction by the Canadian Call Management Association (CAM-X). The Industry’s Trade Association for providers of Call Centre Services including Inbound Order Desk/Help Desk and Web Enabled customer assistance has recognized SureCall for their outstanding achievement at their 57th Annual Virtual Convention.


The Call Centre Award of Distinction was created in response to overwhelming requests by Call Centers across North America for a tool to measure the skills of their professional Call Centre Agents on the job. After six months of testing, independent panels of judges score call-handling skills for “enhanced service” applications. The focus is on customer relationship management (CRM), courtesy, etiquette, the use of proper call techniques, as well as response time and accuracy. These are all cornerstones of the Call Management Industry.
