SureCall has been accepted as a Signatory of the United Nations Global Compact
June 29, 2020 (Calgary, Alberta) – It is a great honour to announce that SureCall has been accepted as a Signatory of the United Nations Global Compact. As a Certified B Corporation and being a purpose driven and sustainable organization, SureCall continues commit to these important corporate social responsibilities.
SureCall is only one of the 115 Canadian organizations that have been accepted as a Signatory. The UN Global Compact supports companies to do business responsibly by aligning their business strategies with the Ten Principles on human rights, labor, environment, anti-corruption, while advancing broader societal goals, with emphasis on collaboration and innovation.

The UN Global Compact’s vision aims towards a global movement of sustainable companies and stakeholders to create the world we want. Sustainability begins with a principles-based approach to doing business. Under human rights businesses should support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights; and make sure that they are not complicit in human rights abuses. Under environment, businesses should support a precautionary approach to environmental challenges; undertake initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility; and encourage the development and diffusion of environmentally friendly technologies, and lastly under anti-corruption that businesses should work against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery.
Surecall has focused on corporate social responsibility at a local, national, and international level since 2013, and has aligned its daily operations to support several community initiatives through its GoodCall™ program. SureCall has aligned its business model, internal programs, and services to ensure that the Ten principles of the UN Global Compact are incorporated.
