Marc Bombenon

CEO / FOUNDER

Marc Bombenon founded the company in 1982 and has spent more than four decades building and scaling it into an organization that is focused on critical communications and customer experience. Marc is the CEO and Founder of SureCall - the only PCI certified Contact Center that provides help desk, sales support, and customer service support, along with many other services to corporations and government agencies in the US, Canada, and the UK. His leadership blends innovation, operational discipline, and a people-first mindset, driving SureCall’s continued growth and reputation for reliability and purpose-driven service.
