Desirée Bombenon Inducted Into WXN Hall of Fame & Awarded Canada's Most Powerful Women Top 100 Award

Toronto, Ontario, October 19, 2022 – The 2022 Canada's Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Award Winners list was released by Women’s Executive Network along with their sponsors today, recognizing 105 outstanding women across Canada who create meaningful change in the way they lead within their organizations and communities.


SureCall CEO, Desirée Bombenon was awarded in the category of BMO Entrepreneurs which recognizes women who have created and grown their businesses into exceptional organizations. Desirée has innovated the technology industry and pivoted her organization which has utilized its business as a force for good and changed the way in which business can make an impact. Desirée has been recognized in past years for her work as a global community leader in sustainability. As a past three-time honoree, Desirée will be inducted into the WXN Top 100 Hall of Fame at this year’s celebrations in November.

The Top 100 Awards span the private, public and not-for-profit sectors, with the winners selected by WXN's Diversity Council of Canada. The awards are presented to remarkable women in 12 categories including Canadian Tire Community Impact, Canada’s Most Powerful CEOs, presented by Postmedia, KPMG C-Suite Executives, Mercedes-Benz Emerging Leaders, BMO Entrepreneurs, Executive Leaders, RBC Future Launch Future Leaders, Professionals, Science and Technology, CP Skilled Trades, Women of Courage, presented by Richardson Wealth & WXN Hall of Fame.
